Be somewhat close to the flametrooper spawn without being on the point, and now its just a waiting game. This is why you don't want a squad, you would allow your squad mates to spawn on you and they could potentially cap the point. When you get to B, there will hopefully be not much of an enemy presence because they'll be up at A defending, you want to hide a little bit away from where the flametrooper kit spawns, go prone and try to not move. If you do get killed respawn at your base and another motorbike will spawn quickly. Guys will shoot at you, but you will hopefully be moving so fast they can't hit you. You want to hug the right side of the map and make your way over to B as quick as possible. In Caporetto, once you spawn in you can turn around and jump in a motorbike to cover ground quickly. This guide explains where the flame trooper spawns are for both these maps. You also want to make sure you are either not in a squad, or in a private squad by yourself, I'll explain why in a second. You want to make sure you are on the team that has no flags at the start of the game, if not, you can switch teams easily using the squad menu. The 2 best maps to use are easily Caporetto and river somme, the reason is, for whatever reason these conquest maps start with one team having control of every flag. Trying to do it randomly is a nightmare because flame troopers are not super common and getting within melee range of one is near impossible. Just wanted to add what I think is the easiest way to get this.
